Dr. Moustoukas’s approach to medicine is defined by a unique combination of advanced scientific training and personalized care. He earned his degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2006, followed by a dual MD/MBA from Tulane University in 2011, and completed his residency training at University of Illinois-Chicago in 2014 where he served as chief resident. Dr Moustoukas has operated hospital departments and provider groups, overseeing This background allows him to look at healthcare through a practical, problem-solving lens—combining clinical expertise with a highly organized system that prioritizes patient time, seamless communication, and comprehensive, proactive wellness.
Dr. Moustoukas has a long-standing interest in geriatrics through published research and creation of ACEP geriatric-accredited emergency departments.
