We do not accept insurance as a primary form of payment.  We will provide detailed invoices that you may choose to submit as an HSA or FSA eligible expense. 

We offer high quality medical care at reasonable prices designed to save you and your patients time and money.  We will discuss specific prices with you at the time of your consultation.   We also contract with groups based on customized service agreements.
