You request an appointment

Our provider will contact you via a phone call to perform an initial assessment of your condition and coordinate next steps. Many conditions can be resolved immediately via telemedicine.

Once we arrive at the appointment, a comprehensive exam is conducted to evaluate and treat your current medical condition. This evaluation includes but is not limited to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, diagnostic testing, health education, completion of required medical documentation, prescriptions, and establishing appropriate follow up care.
